The purpose of this Contract is to regulate the Terms and Conditions applicable to the activity booking service through the platform www.holidaytourstenerife.com (hereinafter referred to as
www.holidaytourstenerife.com is an online platform dedicated to the publication and booking of activities of tourist, cultural and leisure interest in the Canary Islands.
The ownership of the Platform belongs to Holiday Tours Tenerife, entity domiciled at Calle Venezuela 16 Edf ponderosa apt. 428, 38660, Adeje, S/C de Tenerife with CIF. X2955661T.

Although Holiday Tours Tenerife offers on its Platform tourist and leisure activities in general, you declare to understand that these activities are provided by third party companies

3. Booking of activities
To book the activities offered by Holiday Tours Tenerife you must follow the process established on the platform. Specifically, you must select the activity you are interested in, the timetable, the
number of participants, etc. and fill in the online booking form with the personal details requested. It is important that you check the information provided and correct any errors before
confirming your booking, as once you click on the confirmation tab you will not be able to modify your details.
By completing this form, you are indicating that you have read and understood the “description of the activity” and accept the Terms and Conditions of Holiday Tours Tenerife. We recommend
that you take special note of the Cancellation Policy before making your booking.
Also, please note that activities may be subject to restrictions (age, weight, etc.) and it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements in order to make your booking.
Once your booking is paid for, it will be processed by Holiday Tours Tenerife.
4. Confirmation of bookings
Depending on the activity booked, you may receive confirmation of your booking immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours.
Activities with immediate confirmation:
Once payment has been completed, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email.
Activities that are confirmed within a maximum of 24 hours:
Holiday Tours Tenerife makes every effort to promptly update the availability of activities. However, Holiday Tours Tenerife cannot guarantee the availability of all activities for all proposed
dates. For this reason, some activities need to be checked with the activity partner before confirmation can be sent to you. In these cases, you will receive confirmation by email within 24
hours of booking (the average time required also depends on the diligence of our partners).
In the exceptional case that Holiday Tours Tenerife cannot confirm your booking, we will offer you alternative dates or other activities that may be of interest to you. If you are not satisfied
with the options we offer you, you will have the possibility to cancel and receive a full refund of the amount you have paid.
No compensation will be given if your chosen activity is not available.
Once we confirm your booking, you will receive an email from Holiday Tours Tenerife with the confirmation of your booking. You must show it to the corresponding collaborator at the time of
the activity. Your booking will only be accepted on presentation of the confirmation email from Holiday Tours Tenerife.
Holiday Tours Tenerife has 3 types of confirmation, which are explained below:
Printed: It is possible to present a printed copy of your confirmation email to the partner of the booked activity.
Electronic: You can receive the confirmation of your booking on the screen of your electronic devices (mobile phone, tablet, etc.). The partner accepts, in this case, both paper and
The name and contact information of the partner will be available in the booking confirmation email, as well as all the necessary details for your activity.
Please note that each activity has a separate voucher.
It is your responsibility to keep the confirmation email and present it to the partner before the start of the activity, along with a valid photo ID. Failure to do so may invalidate the voucher.
6. Invoicing conditions
The electronic invoice (paperless invoice) is a service available with the prior consent of the user during the purchase process. Such acceptance allows Holiday Tours Tenerife to send the
invoice of your purchase electronically so that you can download it at any time and place with the same information, confidentiality and validity as that granted through a paper invoice. If you
prefer to receive a paper invoice free of charge, please send an email with your request to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. Prices, inclusions and exclusions
The price of the activities offered by Holiday Tours Tenerife include the IGIC and any other tax that may be applicable at the rate in force at the time of booking the activity.
The price includes everything detailed in the “Included” section in the description of each activity.
Prices do not include tips, drinks, food or any other items not specifically included in the
“Included” section of the activity description.
In order to book an activity through the Platform, you must pay the price indicated in the description of each activity at the time of booking.
If you have a Holiday Tours Tenerife discount code, this discount will be applied when you enter your code in the corresponding field of the form in your booking details.
You can pay for your activity by credit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards worldwide (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
You will not be charged any fees or commissions for processing your card payments.
Your payment details (e.g. card number, expiry date, etc.) will be processed securely using SSL security protocol and will only be used to process your purchase or to issue refunds in the
event of cancellation.
Holiday Tours Tenerife does not store your payment details nor does it have access to them, only you and the entities that process the payment in a secure and reliable manner will have
access to them.
In the event that you do not pay for the activity booked or you revoke payment, Holiday Tours Tenerife will waive any possible claim to the benefits of the service.
If you make payment for your booking in a currency other than Euros, your bank or card company may charge fees for converting the payment from your currency to Euros, which will
result in differences between the amount charged by Holiday Tours Tenerife and the final amount that will be debited from your bank account or appear on your credit or debit card
9. Modifications and amendments to bookings
To request modifications or corrections to your booking, please write to us at email@example.com (specifying the booking number, your name and the date of the
activity booked). We will deal with your request as soon as possible.
Please note that it is not possible for us to change or modify tickets for a special event, museum, theatre or show. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be changed once the original booking has been confirmed.
All other requests for date changes or other modifications will be honoured, but are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability of our partners.
10. Cancellations and refunds
There is no right of withdrawal on the basis of the exceptions legally provided for in article 103 TRLGDCU. Holiday Tours Tenerife reserves the right to consider the cancellation of a booked
activity up to 48 hours before the activity is due to take place and to request a refund. To do so, the client must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reservation number,
name and date of the activity.
Up to 48 hours before the start of the booked activity (Canary Islands local time), you will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid.
The corresponding refund will be made between 24 and 48 hours from the cancellation of the activity in the same method of payment with which you paid the reservation, which will be
notified to you via email.
Once the order has been placed, refunds made by debit/credit card may take 5 to 7 working days to be reflected in your bank account and up to 30 days for some foreign cards. Refunds
made through Paypal will be made in less than 24 hours.
11. Change or Cancellation of an activity by Holiday Tours Tenerife and its partners
Holiday Tours Tenerife’s partners reserve the right to cancel an activity without adhering to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable
external circumstances endanger or make the activity impossible or much more difficult to carry out.
In this case, the partner itself, or failing that Holiday Tours Tenerife will notify you by email of such changes or cancellations and you will be offered either another date for the activity, or
alternative activities that may be of interest to you.
In the event that it is not possible to arrange another date or this or other activities that we propose are not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount of the
reservation, excluding any compensation for damages or other claims.
Occasionally, our partners make changes to activities, such as dates, times, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a consequence, Holiday Tours Tenerife on behalf of its
partners, reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any details of the activities at any time and for any reason.
Similarly, our partners reserve the right to make minor changes to the activity programmes, if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or avoidable circumstances, without this altering the
essence of the activities or committing us to any reimbursement or compensation.
The collaborators (companies, agencies, tour guides, etc.) that provide the activities offered on this Platform are independent and not agents or employees of Holiday Tours Tenerife.
Therefore, they shall be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence or misconduct, as well as for personal injury, death, property damage or
other damages or expenses arising therefrom or otherwise arising out of your booking or use of an activity or service.
13. Online trust
Our entity is a member of Confianza Online (non-profit association), registered in the National Register of Associations Group 1, Section 1, national number 594400, CIF 85804011, Calle la
Palma 59, Bajo A., 28015 Madrid (Spain). For further information: www.confianzaonline.es These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Likewise, in compliance with the
provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, we inform consumers that, as a member entity and under the terms of the Code of Ethics, users may turn to Confianza Online for the
alternative resolution of any disputes (https://www.confianzaonline.es/como-reclamar/formulario-de-reclamaciones/). If they relate to electronic transactions with consumers, or to data protection when they are related to this area, the complaints will be resolved by the Confianza Online Mediation Committee, which is accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. If the complaints concern digital advertising, or data protection related to this area, they will be submitted to the AUTOCONTROL Advertising Jury.
