There is no right of withdrawal on the basis of the exception legally provided for in Article 103 TRLGDCU: l) The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than to serve as a dwelling, transport of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance. Holiday Tours Tenerife reserves the right to consider the cancellation of a booked activity up to 48 hours before the activity is due to take place and to request a refund. To do so, the client must send an email to info@www.holidaytourstenerife.com with the booking number, name and date of the activity.
Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity booked (Canary Islands local time), you will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid.
The corresponding refund will be made between 24 and 48 hours after the cancellation of the activity in the same method of payment with which you paid for the booking, which will be notified to you via email.
